Job DescriptionAs the Property Management Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and driving an aggressive growth program aimed at securing property management contracts for clients with Single-Family, Multi-family and Commercial investment properties.
A successful candidate will be passionate about the sales process, a strong networker and a sales "hunter".They must be committed to excellence, have working real estate knowledge, be an effective communicator, embrace technology and work well with teams.
The candidate MUST have a valid NJ Real Estate Salesperson or Broker-Salesperson license - no exceptions You will be compensated with a base salary and unlimited commission potential based on closing success.
ResponsibilitiesPromptly respond to all leads for management servicesTake a lead role for attending Chamber of Commerce and other professional networking groups Source Investor leads from provided system and manage a direct mail / contact campaign to identified prospectsNetwork on various real estate social media and Real Estate Investor groupsDrive an outreach program with other management companies to solicit referral or acquisition opportunitiesBuild relationships with local brokerages to generate property management referrals through a Professional Alliance GuaranteeFarm the MLS for expired listings to solicit potential management / investor opportunitiesVisit prospective client properties to evaluate client fit into company portfolioPerform rental rate and performance analysis on subject propertiesComplete client onboarding process utilizing company provided systems and coordinate with other team membersMaintain ActiveCampaign and systems with relevant informationParticipate in regular team meetingsSpecific job related training and mentoring program to be providedQualificationsMust have a valid NJ real estate license (salesperson or broker/salesperson) and completed the CEU requirements for 2023 renewalMust be a "hunter" and strong networkerMust have valid NJ Driver's license and reliable vehicleMust be able to learn and work with different computer applicationsMust be able to work out of the Morristown Office at least 2 days per weekMust be self-disiplined to get the job done on a daily basisMust take consistent, deliberate and timely action to reach sales and leasing goalsMust have excellent oral and written communication skillsMust be willing to try new approaches as business and market needs dictateReal Estate License MUST be placed with employerFlexible work from home options available.
Compensation:
