- Ensure supplier quality planning and manufacturing execution
- Lead supplier audits and corrective actions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
- Drive continuous improvement in quality and manufacturing processes
- Support root cause analysis for quality assurance
- Build and mentor a high-caliber Supplier Quality team
- Be based in Columbia, SC with occasional travel
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical/vehicle engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in automotive engineering
- Leadership experience in OEM/Tier 1 environments
- Strong technical and quality management skills
- Experience in PPAP/APQP processes and quality systems
- Travel required up to 60% of the time
