Join our team at Behavioral Health Network as a Electronic Health Record Analyst I

  • Identifies, assesses, troubleshoots
    Electonic Health Record (EHR) related issues as they occur, and sees through to
    full resolution
:

Works together with professional, technical, and/or administrative personnel to identify, document and
implement process improvement and areas of concern.
-
Assists with the evaluation of
software and related
technology, as needed.
-
Collaboratively works with user requests for report creation, bug fixes, training and any other user needs.

  • Acts as
    problem solver while looking while working with the Professional Development team towards and
    developing training plans and process improvement plans.
  • Assist with
    EHR trainings for general employees.
  • High School Diploma plus 35 years of experience
    required
:

- or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
preferred:


  • Must have experience working in Information Technology; 2 years
    preferred
:

Must have clinical or medical billing experience
:


  • Must have EHR experience; preferably
    Carelogic
:


  • Excellent communication skills, technical and nontechnical, oral and written.
  • Ability to exercise flexibility to adapt to changes in assignments and work environment.
