Promote a customer friendly atmosphere
Arrange Air, Ocean, Truck bookings as requested by customers within worldwide
Proactively track and trace freight movement and keep our customers updated.
Work directly with warehouse and drivers to ensure our customers' needs are followed through
Action billing tasks within the company guidelines.
Be responsive to other department and stations requests
Make sure all work adhere to the company's policy standards
Perform any other related duties
Degree recommended, but not necessary
Strong organizational skills.
Team player with proven ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of Windows based programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and principals of CMS (Customer Management System).
Strong communication skills able to edit work for spelling and grammar, present numerical data effectively, read & interpret written information, good phone skills, is tactful and discrete in interactions.
Valid driver's license and passport recommended
100% in office
