Keylime Consultants are supporting a global Workday Client, seeking to welcome a Workday Specialist to join their international Workday team.
This is a permanent role, offering a hybrid work arrangement in central Lisbon.

Salary will depend on your experience, along with a variable bonus and a competitive benefits package.

Workday has been already successfully implemented within this global business and they are looking to welcome a Workday Specialist to reinforce their Workday Team and help with new projects on a global scale.

Reporting to the Global Workday Lead, you will assume the position of Workday Core & Advanced Compensation SME, managing all global projects within this domain.

Additionally, you will be responsible for analysing business requirements and translating them into Workday configurations.

This is a very collaborative role, where you will have the opportunity to coordinate with an international Workday team and engage with key stakeholders across this global organisation.

Workday Compensation SME - Requirements:

• Detailed knowledge of Workday gained with previous experience, preferably in international environments
• Strong handson configuration skills with Compensation & Advanced Compensation
• Knowledge of and/or experience with Reporting and analytics is an advantage
• Prior experience of supporting or leading Workday implementation and/or optimisation projects
• Organised, solutionsoriented, attentive to detail and highly collaborative
• Good communication skills with fluency in English is a requirement
