"We are looking for an administrative assistant who enjoys supporting us with various administrative tasks. The main focus of this role will be acting as the contact person for our employees in the fleet management department.Employment type:
Part-time hours/week)
Locations:
Wiesbaden and Bad Sobernheim (remote work possible)
Responsibilities:
- Renting and leasing company vehicles
- Acting as the point of contact for employees when ordering vehicles
- Handling insurance and damage claims
- Invoice control and data maintenance
- Regular driver's license checks for our drivers
- Optimizing existing processes
Qualifications:
- Completed training in a commercial field or a similar field, career changers are also welcome
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Assertiveness and teamwork
