  • You are currently studying business administration, psychology, human resources, or a related field.
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and/or Lead Generation.
  • You are a people person, an excellent communicator, and possess strong organizational skills.
  • You thrive on challenges and are not afraid to try new approaches, using your creativity to find the best solutions.
  • Your approachable and persuasive personality makes it easy for you to win others over and inspire them to join your mission.
  • You have excellent English skills (German is a plus).
