- Schedule: (Monday - Friday) 8AM-5PM, 1-hour lunch break
- Pay Rate: $17 per hour
- Full-time hours during the summer, possibility for part-time hours in the fall once school resumes
- Greet and direct clients and visitors
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate person
- Conduct data entry and filing tasks
- Prepare reports for meetings using MS Office
- Provide general administrative support to office management
- Minimum of 3 months of office experience (can include Work Study, part-time job, or previous internship)
