- Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.
- Escalate issues to headquarter teams in New York and Japan as necessary.
- Maintain store IT systems and react immediately if any system goes down.
- Responsible for maintaining POS, Laptops, Printers, iOS devices, digital signage and store network.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
- Communicate directly with store teams to notify them of upcoming changes, technician visits or deliveries.
- Provide onsite support for new store openings.
Requirements:
- 58 years of progressively increasing responsibilities with retail IT
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to communicate with senior leadership
- Good report creation and analysis skills
- Ability to manage several projects at the same time and assess priorities
- Ability to work with little supervision and report accordingly
- Ability to provide high level service and follow through
- Customer oriented
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Fundamental understanding of TCP/IP networking.
- General awareness of computer systems, PC repair, and network management
- Resourcefulness and quickthinking nature to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise.
- Ability deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktop and mobile
- Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous requests, with an ability to prioritize tasks, based on current business requirements.
- Proficiency in all aspects of business analysis: strong analytical skills
- Experience with implementation of Store systems (2)
- Experience in the Retail industry (2)
- Retail Operations experience (2)
- Overall knowledge of the Apparel industry (2)
- Experience to work in diversified job environment (2)
- Other duties assigned by manager
- Frequent inperson collaboration
- Normal office environment; 9 am 6 pm (flexible)
- Periodic after hour support as business needs arise.
- Travel 20% US and Canada.
Salary:
$88,000 - $100,000*- The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
