    Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Real Estate Development Company

    Brooklyn, NY

    300k - 375k Depending on Experience

    We are looking for an experienced CFO to join our Real Estate Development company and take charge of our financial operations. As the CFO, you will play a vital role in managing our financial strategies and ensuring the company's long-term financial stability and growth.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Provide guidance on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support informed decision-making.
    2. Investor and Lender Relations (most important) : Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors and lenders. Act as the primary point of contact for financial discussions, negotiations, and presentations. Effectively communicate the company's financial performance, investment opportunities, and potential risks.
    3. Loan Closing Decisions: Assess loan opportunities and make informed decisions regarding loan structures, equity allocation, commissions, and other financial terms. Evaluate risk factors and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure appropriate financing arrangements.
    4. Broker and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with brokers, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders to identify potential investment opportunities and establish strategic partnerships. Participate in meetings, negotiations, and due diligence processes to facilitate successful transactions.

    Requirements:

    1. Experience: Proven track record as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role within the real estate development industry. Experience in negotiating loan terms, managing investor relations, and driving financial growth strategies is essential.
    2. Financial Acumen: Strong financial analysis skills with a deep understanding of real estate investment metrics, financial modeling, and risk assessment. Ability to make strategic decisions based on financial data and market trends.
    3. Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with investors, lenders, brokers, and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong business relationships.
