    Must-Haves:

    • Previous pelvic floor experience
    • Bachelor's or graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university-based program
    • Current license to practice Physical Therapy by Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners or by the Physical Therapy Compact Commission

    Job Summary: As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist at our state-of-the-art facility in The Woodlands, you'll assess, treat, and empower patients to achieve optimal pelvic health. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and provide hands-on care that transforms lives.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
    • Current license to practice Physical Therapy by Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners or by the Physical Therapy Compact Commission
    • Current certification in Basic Life Support

    Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

    • With fine hand dexterity and sharp communication skills, you'll excel in accurately assessing patient needs and implementing tailored treatment plans.

    Principal Accountabilities:

    • Conduct thorough evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement advanced physical therapy techniques to address pelvic health concerns.
    • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to staff, students, and the broader community, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
    • Actively participate in committees, present at professional meetings, and contribute to the advancement of pelvic health knowledge and practices.
    • Ensure the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and visitors, adhering to all policies and standards while upholding Memorial Hermann's commitment to compassionate care.
