• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical limitations, functional status, and rehabilitation needs.
• Utilize various assessment tools and techniques to determine baseline measures and track progress over time.
• Treatment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, medical history, and patient goals.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to establish realistic rehabilitation objectives.

Requirements:

• Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist in Texas
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Medicine and Physical Therapy skills
• Experience in Rehabilitation and Patient Care
• Knowledge of Home Care practices
