Arizona Foot Specialists, LTD. is seeking a bilingual Front Office Specialist with exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
As a Front Office Specialist you will be responsible for several administrative and clerical tasks but the most important is patient interaction.
Front Office Specialist will be responsible for:
- Checking patients in/out
- Insurance eligibility/benefits verification
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Collecting patient copay/coinsurance/selfpay amounts
- Maintain neat and orderly front desk and lobby area
- Billing inquiries
- Checking and submitting faxes
- Remain in close communication with all departments
- EMR data entry
- EndofDay Reports
- Open/Close of clinic if needed
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a medical office, preferably with experience in medical billing/data entry skills in a medical setting
- Minimum High school diploma/GED
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Knowledge of medical insurance plans, ICD10, CPT, and modifiers
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Excellent communication, spelling and grammar skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Typing, computer, and windows based software experienced
- Willing to learn and attend trainings
- Exceptional customer service skills
Pay:
$ $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
