The Clinician position at CCS Outpatient Counseling will provide counseling services in an outpatient setting. The model of treatment provided is dependent upon each individual's needs.
This role will be responsible for collaborating with other providers to provide holistic care to clients, developing individualized treatment plans for each patient that identifies individualized, measurable goals, and documenting treatment progress and goals in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
The Clinician will model appropriate social interaction skills, including boundaries, communication, conflict resolution, etc. with patients, families, peers, and others.JOB REQUIREMENTS
