    Performance Management Team Metrics Analyst

    The Opportunity:

    As a Performance Management Team Metrics Analyst, you ask questions others don't. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We're looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.

    As a member of our team, you'll bring your consulting, analytical, and expertise to work on projects for the US Navy. You'll develop innovative solutions to complex problems to support the client's mission. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes related to service and joint missions. Further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems in support of national security.

    You Have:

    • 10+ years of experience in a Security Assistance Management role
    • Experience with DoD strategic efforts in support of security cooperation objectives and Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
    • Experience working at the Service Headquarters and directly with senior DoD officials
    • Secret clearance
    • Master's degree

    Nice If You Have:

    • Experience working across Defense and interagency partners to inform and support policy analysis decisions
    • Knowledge of industry best practices
    • Knowledge of DoD Special Access Program (SAP) policies and procedures
    • Knowledge of briefing papers, command briefs, and other communications to executive level leaders

    Clearance:
    Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;Secret clearance is required.

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
