Fieldpiece is hiring a
Project Manager to join our growing team You'll work with internal teams and external suppliers to plan, prioritize, and manage NPD projects from concept through production.

You'll ensure resources are effectively managed, hurdles are jumped, projects are completed, and KPIs are met.

You have a product engineering background, understand the project life cycle, and can lead teams to bring new products to life in an OEM environment.

What You'll Do_**- Collaborate with internal and external resources to define, prioritize, plan, manage, and report on projects to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.


  • Develop and manage project governance plans, schedules, goals, success criteria, milestones, resources, and budgets.
  • Establish data collection and reporting processes to capture key metrics of project activities and provide reports to stakeholders.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for issue management, risks, decisions, and the overall success of a project with internal and external (suppliers) teams.
  • Ensure all projectrelated documentation and deliverables are completed.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in STEM or equivalent experience; PMP certification is a plus.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • 5+ years of product engineering experience preferably NPD/NPI.
  • Experience with MS Project, Gantt charts, and Gate Phase methodology.
  • Strategicallyminded analytical selfstarter with the ability to manage and report on multiple, simultaneous projects and ensure resources are used efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to consistently arrive at mutually accepted conclusions.
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams and manage resources by planning, organizing, scheduling, and coordinating the work of others.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment, remains calm under pressure, and builds trust and positive relationships with others.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% nationally and internationally.
