Description
A responsible team player is needed to assist business owner/manager of a popular restaurant/bar/event space with the following tasks. Need to be a self starter- with the ability to work individually and a part of a management team.
- Build and manage monthly calendar to track events and activities, have calendar published on a regular basis both electronically and printed
- Manage schedule and meetings with outside parties, service and product providers
- Help manage activities and calendar events
- Organize regular frequency meetings with staff and outside parties
- Assist with social media postings and notifications when necessary
- Manage correspondence with customers
- with the ability to work individually and as part of a management team
Additional skills needed:
- Good organizational skills-ability to keep busy owner/managers organized and on schedule
- Promote team work with ability to manage resources to deliver
- Good communication skills
Experience with administrative/organizational work is a plus. Should be able to work at least two weekdays with manager/owner, and flexibility to work weekends when necessary.
