- Manage a team of software engineers to deliver great products to our customers
- Maintain a high level of operational excellence focusing on application and infrastructure scalability, reliability, and performance

- 8+ years of software engineering experience and 2+ years managing software engineering teams.
- A deep software development skills in at least one of the following, Ruby, Go, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with modern technology stacks for building scalable, high availability customer-facing applications.
- Experience in distributed systems, systems automation, and cloud technologies.
- The drive to dive in, constantly learn new things, and build awesome products
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Legally eligible to work in Australia on an ongoing basis
