We are offering several positions at our location in Leer for the start of our training program.

Training as a Shipping Clerk

The three-year training program for shipping clerks takes place in a dual system with BBS I in Leer.

During the training, you will go through all relevant departments of a shipping company (inspection, crewing, chartering, insurance) and have the opportunity to gain practical experience throughout the entire company.

Your tasks will include planning and managing the transport of goods by sea, calculating and determining costs, organizing the clearance of ships in the port, recruiting seafarers, and handling transactions in English.


Requirements:

  • Good secondary school diploma or (technical) high school diploma
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Reliability and strong communication skills
