We are looking for a Digitalization and IT Security Specialist to join our team at the Curtiss Hospital in Voll- oder Teilzeit (mind. 80%).

Our goal is to provide a diverse range of digital solutions and ensure IT security for the hospitals of the future.

This requires efficient and coordinated processes within cross-functional teams.

As an innovative hospital, we strive to provide our employees and patients with the latest digital tools, such as digital patient records, IT-supported modular systems, and various data collection systems.

As an agile logistics manager, you will be responsible for designing and modeling nursing processes throughout the hospital, following the motto "in time, quality, and budget".

As a key user, you should have a strong understanding of processes in areas such as intensive care, intermediate care, stroke units, monitoring, or central emergency departments.

We are looking for someone who is open to new ideas and innovations and can contribute to ongoing planning processes.

In your role, you will also collaborate with other departments and provide advice to nursing managers.

Your responsibilities

Optimize and maintain the material supply for the wards through interprofessional exchange with relevant interfaces
Participate in project groups for our new construction project
Contribute your expertise and experience in process management to the design of our new wards
Act as a nursing manager, working towards the goals of the company
Have an interdisciplinary perspective beyond the boundaries of your own department
Embody the leadership principles of the hospital
