Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Host.

As a Host/Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and guest services to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.


Duties:


  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
  • Assist guests with seating arrangements and accommodate special requests
  • Maintain knowledge of daily specials, menu items, and promotions
  • Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
  • Manage waitlist during peak hours and provide accurate wait time estimates
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth flow of service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a hospitality or guest relations role preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations is a plus
  • Experience using POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Willingness to help out in other areas of the restaurant as needed

Part-time


Pay:
$15.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 25 per week
