Looking for an experienced Realtor leader with a proven track record of sales in Sedona/Verde Valley. No agents with disciplinary actions on record will be considered. Self-starter with the desire to grow a group

Overview:


As a Real Estate Area Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a brokerage branch office and real estate agents you recruit to achieve personal goals for sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and foster a culture of collaboration and success.

You will provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, while also driving business growth through strategic planning, coaching, and development initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Office/Group Management: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and collective sales goals. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to enhance performance and professional development.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met at all stages of the sales process, from initial contact to closing.

Listing Management: Oversee the listing process for properties, including pricing, marketing, and negotiation. Work closely with team members to optimize listing presentations, attract qualified buyers, and secure successful transactions.

Training and Development: Arrange for and/or suggest training, resources, and educational opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

Market Research: Stay abreast of local market trends, property values, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate industry. Conduct market research and analysis to inform pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and investment decisions.

Administrative Oversight: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Relay information from main branch regarding contract management, transaction coordination, and record-keeping, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, encouraging open communication, idea sharing, and mutual support.

Community Engagement: Help determine ways to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and stakeholders to generate referrals and leads.


POSITION REQUIRES A VALID ARIZONA STATE REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON LICENSE.

Job Types:

Pay:
$50, $250,000.00 per year
