We are also active in rally sports and the restoration of vintage cars.
Responsibilities:
- Active management of workshop staff
- Taking responsibility for the proper and technically flawless handling of all services as well as scheduling appointments
- Order and appointment tracking including quality control
- Installation of automotive accessories
- Acceptance of completed repairs
- Conducting exhaust emissions tests according to StVZO
- Evaluation of complaints and warranty claims in cooperation with the technical customer service management
