Job Overview:

We are seeking an Event Manager/Helper, capable to drive to the location of the event and be responsible to help setting up with the team and organizing a wide range of events.

From corporate conferences to weddings, you will ensure that every event is flawlessly executed and exceeds client expectations.


Duties:

based on the event you will be responsible to help and setup the FOOD TRUCK with buffet tables.

Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including food catering setup, and decor

• Oversee and ensuring all elements are in place and functioning properly
• Manage event staff, providing guidance and support as needed

Skills:
Must speak fluent ITALIAN

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in restaurant, hotel, or banquet event planning is preferred
