Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payments to employees and subcontractors.
- Maintain organized filing systems and record-keeping for administrative tasks.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks and ADP for payroll processing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using Apple operating systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
