Responsibilities:


  • Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payments to employees and subcontractors.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and record-keeping for administrative tasks.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using QuickBooks and ADP for payroll processing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using Apple operating systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
