The Open Support Services of Regens Wagner in the district of Amberg-Sulzbach and the city of Amberg are currently seeking a Social Educator, Special Needs Caregiver, or Educator (m/f/d) to join our team in Hialeah, FL.
This position is available in full-time or part-time.


The Open Support Services of Regens Wagner is an outpatient specialist service that caters to people with disabilities and their families.

Our diverse range of services and offerings aim to empower individuals with disabilities to take responsibility for themselves, live inclusively, and realize their individual life models.

Our main focus areas include open work for people with disabilities, school support, assisted living, and home care.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the area of open work for people with disabilities
  • Participating in public relations activities
  • Expanding and developing our existing network of clients, funding agencies, and social institutions
  • Assisting in the recruitment, acquisition, and training of parttime employees
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of support concepts while considering the professional competencies of our staff
  • Designing and organizing inclusive leisure and social activities
  • Providing advice, support, and assistance to our clients
