The Therapeutic Crisis Support (TCS) Program seeks Counselors to join a dynamic team in providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities such as autism, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy.

TCS is a program of the Community Integrated Work Program (CIWP).

CIWP, since 1996, has been dedicated to providing intensive crisis prevention, emergency response intervention, and follow-up services as support for Regional Center consumers in Los Angeles County and the San Francisco Bay Area.

TCS provides direct therapeutic services including individual therapy, group therapy, trauma-informed care, forensic support, and substance abuse therapy.

The goal of TCS is to maintain client placement within the least restrictive living environment possible.

TCS works to provide crisis prevention, intervention, training, and follow-up services as support to community homes, day programs, and families.
