Our Customers reduce costs and create efficiencies, and we have seen significant growth as a result. To help support our growth, we are continuing to build out our sales team.

The Customer Success Coordinator will work closely with our Customer Success Leadership, to help drive new customer acquisition and support existing Customers.


Key Responsibilities
Onboarding new Customers
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
Building pipelines and maintaining databases


General Requirements

  • BS in Management, or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent written, oral, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers, web based platforms, and basic analysis
  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • High energy, goal oriented individual

Salary and Benefits

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
