Warmies is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Data Operations Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining product data, ensuring accuracy and integrity across multiple platforms.

The Data Operations Coordinator is a Hybrid position, with 3 days in office, 2 days remote. _


Key Responsibilities:


  • Utilize the GS1 system to create and maintain UPCs
  • Create and Maintain Part Numbers in Sage ERP
  • Maintain multiple product data files
  • Collecting and interpreting data from various sources
  • Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data
  • Extracting data and generating reports
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the item creation process is followed.
  • Utilization of databases to complete required retailer forms
  • Oversee product safety testing reports, manage testing on new and current items.
  • Collaborate with vendors & purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials

Qualifications:


  • Associates or Bachelor's degree or a businessrelated field.
  • 23 years of relevant work experience
  • 23 years of experience with SAGE 100
  • Advanced working skills in Excel, including V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Macros, and advanced formulas
  • Efficient, organized and has a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience achieving goals and working in a team environment.
  • Effective problemsolving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound, timely decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new technical concepts.
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information.

Pay:
Up to $65,000.00 per year
