Job Summary:
Duties:
- Conduct customers to check in and interact based on their needs
- Help sales department in statusing and scheduling of orders
- Help sales department in preparing cost analyses
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to enhance the customer experience
- Manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive account management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers
- Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay:
