Job Summary:


Duties:


  • Conduct customers to check in and interact based on their needs
  • Help sales department in statusing and scheduling of orders
  • Help sales department in preparing cost analyses
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage customer interactions
  • Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to enhance the customer experience
  • Manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive account management

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
