As an Associate Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving company initiatives by partnering with the branch and Multi-Family team.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (% of Time)


Support project management by tracking all multi-family projects from start to finish: coordinate shipment of projects, maintain and report project statuses, research project issues, and communicate to engineering services.

develop quotes, respond to and track all RFI's. Track all submittals, purchase orders, and back ordered products. Support field sales, and provide field sales needed information for preconstruction meetings. Price material lists. Stage, ship and invoice projects. Properly maintain customer information in multiple databases. (50%)

  • Associates Degree or Technical School Certificate in business preferred
  • 3 years' equivalent experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Speaking: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.
  • Active Listening: Ability to provide full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions where appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
  • Critical Thinking: Requires ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Mathematic Reasoning: Ability to work with mathematical concepts, such as a probability and statistical inference.
  • Reading Plans: Ability to read, analyze and interpret construction blue prints. Ability to manage and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to manage and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, see, talk, and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. This role operates large equipment and needs to constantly position self to maintain the operation of equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with proper equipment.


WORK ENVIRONMENT
Regularly works around moving mechanical parts. Noise level is loud. The job may risk exposure to dust, heat and/or cold, wet or humid conditions.


TRAVEL
This position does not require travel.


WORK STATUS & LOCATION
This full time, non-exempt job is located in Stockton, CA.


RELOCATION
Relocation is not available for this position.


PAY
$ $30.10 / Hour
