    Job Description

    We are hiring a reliable Grinder to work with manual grinding machines and other production equipment.

    Pay starts at $17.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience, operating on 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm, with overtime required as necessary. Employees are eligible to enroll in our Medical, Dental, Vision, and other benefit plans after 60 days of employment.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED/equivalent
    • 1-2 years' related experience, such as auto body repair, etc.
    • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
    • Able to understand and interpret verbal and visual instructions
    • Ability to read calipers and a tape measure

    As a Grinder, you will manually finish grinding welds smooth on steel and/or aluminum and remove excess material to achieve the desired shape and smoothness. The Grinder also provides quality control by inspecting workpieces and removing defective pieces.
