- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5 plus years experience in engineering management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes, including plastics molding, thermoforming, or similar technologies.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is a plus.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee all engineering activities at our Greensboro, NC facility. The Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers and technicians in developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving innovation, improving production efficiency, and ensuring product quality.

The role will be on-site at our manufacturing plant in Greensboro, NC. Hours will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm ET with some work required outside of typical hours on an as-needed basis as our plants run 24/7.
