Your responsibilities

Implementation, support and further development of the Talent Management System landscape with a focus on recruiting and onboarding (SAP SuccessFactors)
Planning and coordination of system adjustments, tailored to country-specific requirements while ensuring the release and product governance process
Supportive management of other applications in the field of talent management as well as coordination of the implementation of additional systems
Management of internal and external project resources to ensure efficient project implementation
Assistance in advising stakeholders on process digitization and conducting change management
Moderation of workshops with international stakeholders (including in virtual space)

Bring your strengths:
Your qualifications

Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration with a focus on IT or human resources, or equivalent qualifications
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable human resource management systems
Experience in talent management as well as project and process management
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
Initiative and teamwork
Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
