Summary

  • We are seeking a professional and friendly server to join our team. As a server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while ensuring that they enjoy a satisfying dining experience. Your duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers as they arrive at the restaurant and provide them with menus.
  • Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that customers have everything they need throughout their dining experience.
  • Answer any questions customers may have about the menu, F&B outlets, or casino.
  • Clean and maintain the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Process customer payments and make change accurately.
  • Work closely with other staff members to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly.

Requirements:


Qualifications/Education/Experience

  • Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification and Responsible Beverage Server (RBS) Certification as a prerequisite to receiving a job offer.
  • Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Basic math and moneyhandling skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • If none of the applicants should meet the stated qualifications, applicants whose education and experience are less than the stated requirements, may be interviewed and hired provided the applicant hired submits a formal written training plan within (30) thirty days which can be completed within a reasonable time agreed upon by the supervisor and the applicant. Applicants who are hired and fail to meet the agreed upon formal training program, will be discharged upon failure to complete the specified training as so scheduled.
