What can you expect?
- You are the first point of contact for all concerns of a defined service area of our external partners, take over customer communication (phone, email, tickets) and the corresponding reporting
- You handle incoming complaints and, in close cooperation with the operational and commercial departments, find customer-oriented solutions (complaint management)
- You are responsible for checking the material input for ongoing special orders and dispatching a team of craftsmen from a service area assigned to you
