    We're on the lookout for a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals. Working under the guidance of the Nursing Director, you'll oversee the nursing staff and day-to-day nursing operations of the facility during your assigned shift. This supervision must adhere to professional standards and current regulations to ensure top-notch care is provided at all times.

    Key Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse (RN) include, but are not limited to:

    • Supervising the daily provision of nursing care and evaluating nursing staff performance in line with established policies and procedures
    • Organizing and holding staff meetings regularly to identify and address problem areas, thus enhancing service quality
    • Spotting issues or potential concerns in nursing care delivery and promptly taking corrective measures
    • Providing written and verbal reports/recommendations to the Nursing Director when needed
    • Aiding in creating strategies to align nursing services with other resident services for seamless care continuation

    Preferred Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

    • BSN degree (preferred)
    • Current registration and license to practice as an RN in the state of employment
    • Peripheral IV certification
    • Two years of clinical nursing experience
    • Preferred 1 year of managerial experience
    • 1 year of experience in geriatrics and subacute population
    • CPR/BLS certification
    • Proficiency in English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension; knowledge of other languages is beneficial
