People Operations

  • Support in creating simple statistics and evaluations
  • Support in maintaining our people systems
Recruiting

  • Preparation and upload of our job advertisements on various platforms
  • Review of incoming applications
  • Coordination of appointments in close coordination with hiring and talent managers
Administrative assistance

  • Order management and processing of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Support in travel booking and expense reporting
  • Support in event planning and execution
  • Communication with external service providers and suppliers
