EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, agribusiness, management information systems, business analysis or a related field.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience designing User Interface (UI)/ User Experience (UX) for Software Products.
  • Knowledge of software tools for prototyping and design such as Figma and UXPin.
  • Exposure to design thinking and lean environments.

FUNCTIONS:


Story / Requirements Collaboration

Visual Design

  • Leads ideation, elaboration, and sketching sessions.
  • Distills business and customer needs into focused, understandable outcomes such as customer personas, storyboards, customer journey maps, and use case scenarios.
  • Designs wireframes and highfidelity comps in adherence with design systems.
  • Champions style guide updates to design system based on user feedback, trends, and best practices.

Interaction Design

  • Facilitates the development of use case scenarios, planning and execution of usability testing to be leveraged in the design of interactive prototypes.
  • Champions pattern library updates to design system based on user feedback, trends, and best practices.

Deliver Value

  • Takes the necessary steps to deliver business value in service to customers and teammates to the maximum extent possible.

PREFERRED SKILLS:


  • Must be able to create experience design artifacts, including journey maps, service blueprints, personas, sketches, wireframes, and highfidelity designs.
  • Familiarity with current design principles and techniques for software development is essential.
  • Must be able to produce well organized and reusable components.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Good interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively interact with association and bank management and staff, external vendors, prospective bank customers, and working with a team are essential.
  • Must be able to work on a multiple concurrent assignment.
  • At the discretion of CFC, position may be offered at alternate titles and other business experience may be considered relevant.
