- Analyze high value insurance needs, markets to insurers to secure optimum coverage and cost terms for all property and casualty clients.
- Negotiates quotes and coverages with underwriters to obtain the most competitive terms.
- Develop and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing clients and Underwriters.
- Inputs and maintains all customer related insurance data into the corporate agency management system – Applied Epic or TAM preferred.
- Responds to exposure questions from underwriters and coverage questions from clients.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supervise 1-2 Account Executives or 1 Junior AE.
- Familiarity with various lines of coverage with expertise in at least two of the following: General Liability, Property, Auto, WC, Umbrella/Excess, Crime, Cyber D&O, Employment Practices Liability, Pollution and Errors & Omissions.
- Preparation of proposals, comparisons of coverage, schedules of insurance, underwriting schedules, insurance applications.
- Property & Casualty Producers License
- 6-10+ years of experience required
- Applied EPIC preferred or TAM would be accepted.
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills, with demonstrated relationship building with high-value, Private Equity, or high networth individuals.
- Experience managing high value premiums ($MM premium solutions)

This role is dedicated to utilizing extensive insurance expertise to elevate client satisfaction and cultivate long-lasting relationships.
