    Job Description & Requirements
    Teleradiologist Physician in California
    StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 7 on/7 off Pay Rate: $

    Job Details:
    • 7 days on, 7 days off with a flexible schedule
    • 5 different 8.5-hour shifts that span from 5pm to 8am PST
    • General Radiology individual case mix can vary however our clients overall case mix is 67% CT,15% US,14% X-ray,3% MRI,and 1% Nuclear Medicine
    • Approximately 48% of the exams receive final reports and 52% receive preliminary reports
    • On-callphysicianavailable for back-up if you need itdue to high caseload or simply if you want a second opinion
    • Read at your own speed, you are paid onRVUs produced production model
    • 1-year guarantee of $360,000, so you have a cushion and extra sense of security
    • 11exams per hour would result in approximately$350,000per year, 14exams per hour would result in $450,000per year, and so on
    • Year-end bonus for all providers based on the profitability of the organization; last yeareach physician received an average profit bonus of$45,000 on top of their production income
    • Employed plus full benefits and health insurance premiums paid 100% by the practice for the physician and dependents
    • Based in California our client has business across the United States
