The per diem CT Tech instructs, educates, and prepares patient for exam. Has knowledge of patient preps for various CT procedures and is proficient in filming and workstation protocols. The CT Tech will assess patients before, during and after procedure.

The Cat Scan Technologist performs all duties pertaining to the Cat Scan department.


QUALIFICATIONS

• Current California State Certification in Radiologic Technology (C.R.T ).
• Current California State Certification License (Fluoroscopy)
• ARRT License in CT recommended
• Venipuncture Certification required
• Two years CT experience preferred
• Three years' experience in and acute care hospital preferred.
• Current CPR BLS for healthcare provider's card upon hire
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
• Radiologic Tech (CRT) (required)
• Radiologic Tech (Fluoroscopy) (required)

Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for CHLB/CMC roles, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices, etc. The posted compensation for the position is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay that CHLB/CMC in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting._
