  • Responsible for overseeing the schedule of employees and supervisors in order to maintain proper personnel at each location.
  • Responsible for the supervision of employees and supervisors to ensure proper coverage when an employee is absent.
  • Ensure that supervisors maintain company cleaning procedures by keeping building at or above company standards. Clean or correct any problem areas personally, if necessary. (Community with Building Supervisors and Team Leader).
  • Maintain equipment inventory of each facility and ensure that all equipment is serviced are in good working condition.
  • Schedule repairs, when necessary.
  • Responsible for the training of employees and supervisors, to ensure that cleaning techniques are standard and consistent throughout the company. (New Hire Checklist).
  • Control the usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment. (Warehouse & inside buildings).
  • Supply Order Form must be completed and returned by the 15th of each month. Along equipment repairs needed list.
  • Ensure that proper chemicals are being used for each job, keep adequate supplies in the storage rooms. (Inside Client Facilities and HQ Warehouse).
  • Ensure that Operations Manager has been alerted that chemicals, supplies or equipment are running low or are inoperable, that these items are replaced or repaired or ordered.
  • Mediate any problems between employees, reprimand when any rule or policy is broken that is listed in the company handbook.
  • Report accidents immediately, bodily or otherwise.
  • Coordinate with supervisors the collection of keys at the end of each shift and ensure that keys are not taken home by the employees. (To ensure that all keys are accounted for and returned to their proper place.)
  • Make sure that any equipment or supplies have been put away at end of shift.
  • Ensure that all verbal and/or written work orders are completed on time and with quality control.
  • Assist with/or do employee and supervisor evaluations.
  • Responsible for the verification and tallying of employee payroll hours. Submit payroll notes to the Operations Manager for final approval within 3 days after Payroll cycle concludes.
  • Ensure that absences and terminations are reported on a timely manner by form of writing report to Operations Manager.
  • Assist with Floor Work when needed.
  • Quality Control Responsibilities
  • Help with New Account Start up's.
  • Assist with Supervisor meeting: discuss customers concerns found in quality control walkthough. (Discuss any training issues).

$ $23.00 per hour
