- Serves as an internal information security consultant to the organization.
- Contribute in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
- Performs information security risk assessments and serves as an internal expert for information security related issues.
- Maintain security patches, anti virus software, and backup systems for multiple Industrial Control Systems.
- Develop and maintain a lifecycle plan for Industrial Control System networks and computer infrastructure.
- Monitors compliance with information security policies and procedures
- Identify risk, analyze vulnerability data, and work to provide effective asset protection, incident detection, and response measures across various systems and applications.
- Perform incident response tasks including evidence preservation, forensics, and malware/exploit analysis.
- Supports development of security deliverables for enhancements to production systems and new development.
- Implements ongoing improvements to security configurations and operating procedures.
- Participate in Industrial Control System audits and Cyber Security Vulnerability Assessments (CSVA)
- Gather and prepare documentation to support internal and external audits of cybersecurity posture, for example NERC CIP audit.
- Prepare documentation for the site's Industrial Control System Security systems and complete required documents for making changes to ICS.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle security related information responsibly.
- Proactively identify risks and active threats to the organization, OT systems and applications.
- Perform vulnerability scans and testing, publish remediation instruction and track resolution.
- Work closely with management to prioritize business goals and information security needs.
- Evaluate and make recommendations to management to continuously improve the cybersecurity posture of the Company
- Will be responsible for 24/7 callout on critical issues.
- Bachelor's Degree, Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Technology Security, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Security or related degrees;
- Previous experience in Industrial Control System/Operational Technology;
- Strong oral/written communication skills;
- Understanding of logical network connectivity;
- Scripting capabilities such as SQL or Powershell;
- Microsoft Integrated Security;
- Experience with Microsoft SQL, IIS;

Position Summary
The Power Generation Programmer / Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity and availability of Operation Technology (OT) through developing secure architectures and integration into security monitoring tools.
Operational Technology Architecture, Security and Risk Management, Communications and Network Security, Security Assessment and Testing, Maintain Cyber Security Programs, Various Audit responses.

Extensive experience as a programmer/analyst in a field supporting and providing technical and analytical solutions.
Extensive experience in program/project management for Operational Units.
