    Responsibilities:
    • Provide excellent service to existing clients by updating policies, offering quotes, processing payments, addressing inquiries, and providing necessary documentation.
    • Manage customer calls and correspondence regarding insurance policies, handling both regular and after-hours claims efficiently.
    • Collaborate with new clients to understand their needs, research policy options, present recommendations, and assist in finalizing coverage.
    • Schedule client appointments, review existing policies, assess coverage needs, and facilitate policy renewals and cancellations.
    • Address product or service issues by identifying concerns, proposing solutions, and ensuring resolution to customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain detailed customer records, including interactions, transactions, and necessary follow-ups in the agency management system.
    • Work closely with team members, provide mentorship, and contribute expertise in both formal and informal settings.
    Qualifications:
    • Possess the necessary insurance license for your state with at least two years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of insurance products, rating procedures, underwriting processes, and industry best practices.
    • Show strong customer focus, effective communication skills, and proficiency in math and reading for accurate calculations.
    • Exhibit urgency, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations independently.
    • Have excellent time management abilities, a proactive mindset, and proficiency in technology and computer systems relevant to insurance operations.
