At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a District Manager for Control and Safety Technology (CST) at DB InfraGO in Leipzig.

Your responsibilities:

As a District Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining our CST systems to ensure safe, punctual, and cost-effective operations.

You will coordinate and conduct inspections according to relevant guidelines, initiate follow-up measures considering the economic cost-benefit perspective, and ensure the restoration of operational safety and availability if necessary.

After completing the qualification, you will lead your team as a District Manager for CST both professionally and disciplinarily, and take on responsibility for the CST systems in your area.

You will also be responsible for creating cost center and personnel requirement plans, as well as developing a succession plan for your employees.

You will continuously monitor and promote the development of your employees, which is close to your heart.
You will also be responsible for overseeing construction and safety planning within your area of responsibility.

Your profile:
You have successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
You are willing to undergo internal training and have a strong commitment to learning. Your training plan will be tailored to your previous knowledge and needs
