Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and a team player
Proficient in merchandising, training, and hosting events in high-end department stores like Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Saks, and Neiman Marcus
Skills And Qualifications
Strong project management capabilities with a focus on driving change and continuous improvement
Comprehensive understanding of database structures and table relationships
In-depth knowledge of retail store and field procedures and systems
Proficiency in process-based design and user interfaces
Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Customer service-oriented mindset
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
Process Improvement:
Take the lead in identifying opportunities for process enhancements and streamlining existing practices
Implement appropriate tools and methods to oversee releases across various systems
Proactively manage and communicate project schedule issues related to code deployment releases
Release Management
Develop and establish best practices and standards for releases
Provide guidance and training to IT associates on these established standards
Document and handle release issues and upgrades, coordinating with developers and tech services for resolution
Collaborate closely with development teams, testing, and business leads to ensure smooth delivery of system application design changes alongside other application releases
