Bookkeeper Full/part Time - Romeoville, United States - ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning Solutions
Description
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, including preparation of monthly invoices and maintaining client and vendor records.
- Payroll, Payroll taxes
- Monthend reconciliation; review for accuracy and prepare monthly financial reports and journal entries
- General Ledger maintenance
- Maintain company contracts, vendor, and other accounting files
- Will report directly to the President of the company.
- Assist the President with any needs regarding scheduling, meetings, organization, direction, and communication with the staff of the company.
- Assist the President with any personal management needs.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of generally accepted Accounting Principals
- Proficient in Quickbooks Accounting Software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication and strong customer service orientationAbility to work with mínimal supervision
- 24 years of small business experience
