    Team Member

    Our Wetzels Food Truck is currently seeking Team Members to join our team. As a Team Member, you will be an integral part of a community that values providing exceptional service to one another, customers, and the community at large. We are actively looking to bring on new team members and are excited to connect with individuals who are interested in this opportunity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure smooth operations and maximize profits for the food truck.
    • Enhance store sales performance by fostering positive relationships with the community and guests, implementing local marketing initiatives, and upholding brand standards.
    • Assist customers and prepare food items such as pretzels, hot dogs, and lemonade to meet and exceed customer expectations.
    • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance overall customer satisfaction and service.
    • Foster a highly efficient and productive store environment.
    • Display a strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for working in a food service setting.
    • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), collaborate effectively with team members and managers, and exhibit a strong team spirit.
    • Exhibit a strong willingness for personal growth and maintain a positive demeanor.

    Qualifications:

    • Flexible availability
    • Part-time position with up to 30 hours per week
    • Adhere to operational and customer service protocols
    • Participate in store marketing initiatives while assisting customers
    • Adhere to cost control measures and operational procedures
    • Proficient in cash handling and sanitation practices
    • Basic computer skills and ability to learn to operate a cash register
    • Perform various other assigned duties as needed
