    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    We are looking for a dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic team at [Company Name]. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, processing sales, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. You will have the opportunity to work in various departments and handle a range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the store.

    • Meat Cutter
    • Cake Decorator
    • Baker
    • Restaurant Cook
    • Receiver
    • Meat Wrapper
    • DAX Clerk
    • Scan Coordinator

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
    • Process sales transactions at the registers
    • Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked according to planograms
    • Unload deliveries and organize stock rooms
    • Assist in replenishing products across all departments
    • Maintain cleanliness by cleaning shelves, floors, and equipment
    • Operate backroom equipment efficiently
    • Collaborate with team members and perform additional tasks as needed

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum of six months retail experience
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills, bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
    • Problem-solving abilities

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    As part of the role, you will need to be able to meet various physical demands, such as continuous standing, walking, lifting, and bending. These physical requirements are essential for successfully carrying out the responsibilities of the position.

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    You will primarily work indoors, within the market environment, and be responsible for operating machinery and tools such as cash registers and calculators. Safety and attentiveness around moving equipment are paramount for this role.
